In Balochistan, the ongoing crisis of enforced disappearances paints a bleak picture of despair and anguish for countless families. The systematic practice of abduction robs innocent Baloch of their lives and leaves families shattered by grief and uncertainty. Despite fervent pleas for action, the silence from the authorities only deepens the wounds of the afflicted.

Each day, Baloch students become a victims of enforced disappearances, not only disrupting their education but also causing immense suffering to their families. Mothers are left heartbroken, crying out on the streets for the release of their sons. Another student, Khudadad Seraj, was abducted in Punjab on March 8, 2024, sparking protests from his family who have blocked the CPEC road, demanding his safe return.

Khudadad Seraj is not alone in his plight. Two other innocent Baloch were also goes missing from Turbat. Zakir and Lala Rafiq’s families are also enduring the pain of uncertainty, protesting for the safe release of their loved ones. The CPEC road remains barricaded as a symbol of their determination until justice is served.
Behind each missing person in Balochistan lies a shattered family, haunted by grief and uncertainty. It is imperative to stand in solidarity with these families and demand accountability for the atrocities committed. Pakistani authorities and government, along with powerful state institutions, must not turn a blind eye to the suffering of Baloch mothers and their families but instead work together to end their agony.
The families of the abducted face a daily struggle, living in fear and uncertainty, not knowing the fate of their loved ones. The anguish of not having closure weighs heavily on them as they continue to demand answers and justice.
