Mushfiqur Rahim was instrumental in Bangladesh’s historic win, scoring 191, narrowly missing out on a double century. This was his first century against Pakistan and the 11th of his career. Contributions from Mehidy Hasan Miraz (77) and Shadman Islam (93) helped build Bangladesh’s formidable lead.

Pakistan, despite strong individual performances in the first innings, with Mohammad Rizwan scoring an unbeaten 171 and Saud Shakeel 141, crumbled under pressure in the second innings, paving the way for Bangladesh’s historic win.
