QUETTA: Chief Secretary Balochistan Fazil Asghar has said that government is taking effective steps for promoting tourism.
“Special attention is being paid to the Kund Malir, facilities including building will be provided to tourists. The federal governments will double the national highway from Karachi to Chaman and soon work on the project will be started,” Chief Secretary Balochistan said while talking journalists on the occasion of visit to Hanglaj Naani Temple and Kund Malir.
CS Balochistan said that Kund Malir is a beautiful golden beach and practical steps will be taken to further improve this coastline. “I am also taking steps to promote tourism, as problems will be resolved”, he said.
He said that tourists are coming from all over the country, measure for better security and other basic facilities including building for tourists will soon be provided. “Kund Malir is a beautiful picnic point, such places can have special attention to tourist destinations,” CS Fazeel Asghar said.
He said that the Hanglaj Nani Temple is a holy place for Hindus and their biggest place of worship and all facilities are being provided here and more facilities will be provided and all development projects will be completed soon. The project will be completed and will not accept any poor planning in the development work.
Meanwhile, former provincial minister Balochistan Prince Ahmed Ali Baloch was accompanied by Chief Secretary Balochistan Fazeel Asghar along with Deputy Commissioner Lasbela Shabbir Ahmed Mengal. A detailed briefing on other development projects on the arrival to the Hanglaj Nani Temple, where Shiva Ram Lassi, the head of the Shiva Mandal, delivered the traditional homage to all the distinguished guests including Chief Secretary Fazil Asghar.
While Secretary SNGD, Secretary Tourism Zafar Bluedi along with Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue Nazir Baloch, Assistant Commissioner Bella Dr. Jamil Ahmed Baloch, Deputy Tehsildar Lyari Aftab Mondra, Former DG Health Naseer Baloch, Sub Divisional Officer Hangul National Park Abdul Rahman, Investigation officer of Hangul Check Post Abdul Jalil Soomro and others were present as well.
