Once upon a time in a village, a woman lived, but she was a very superstitious woman. In her home there was lived a lizard. Once when she was sleeping under a tree, she found the lizard sleeping on the top of the tree too. She ignored it and slept, but when she opened her eyes after a few times, the lizard was lost from its place. So, she got superstitious: she thought maybe when she was sleeping, and her mouth was opened and the lizard fell down from the tree in her mouth. She assumed it in her body. She felt tensed that it could not affect her very badly. However, in reality lizards did not fall in her mouth.

So, she went to a doctor for her checkup. Every doctor had the same answer that there was no lizard in her body. But still she did not believe on any of them and maintained her state of being worried since she went to many specialist doctors as previous their answer was also the same.

She shouted every day and saying the words, “There is a lizard in my body but no one is doing anything for me.”  Once the people of the village decided to do something but what to do? They all were busy in thinking an idea for making her superstition far from her.

One of the villagers said, “We must do one thing: we should catch and kill a lizard and must make her vomit. Later on, put the lizard in her vomiting as doing so her superstition would go far from her.”

All agreed with the view of him and as soon as they caught a lizard, they headed towards her home and said to her for vomiting. Since it was the only way to take the lizard out from her body.

They straggled a lot but she did not vomit. Finally, she took her finger in the deep of her mouth and made herself to vomit.

She vomited directly.

From the backside someone called her and from the front side they threw the lizard in her vomiting and convinced her that the lizard which was in her body came out.

When she beheld the lizard then she got relaxed and her superstition went far from her.

All in all, superstition is such a thing which can not let a person spend her/his life happily.

Because of superstition many people’s minds were affected and died. So, the only thing which I can suggest to be free of superstition and enjoy the life.

Or else you are never ganna spend a life full of merriness and satisfaction.
