QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan highly condemned the incident of Unprovoked Ceasefire Violations by the Indian Forces along the Line of Control LOC in Jura Shahkot and Nausehri sectors on 19th and 20th October.

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan highly condemned the incident of Unprovoked Ceasefire Violations by the Indian Forces along the Line of Control LOC in Jura Shahkot and Nausehri sectors on 19th and 20th October.

Jam Kamal Khan in statement has said, Indian Forces along the LOC and Working Boundary have continuously been targeting the civilian populated areas with artillery fire, heavy caliber mortars and automatic weapons.

He also said escalation in ceasefire violations by India is continuing from 2017, when the Indian forces committed more than 1970 ceasefire violations. Chief Minister Balochistan also expressed his deep sorrow and grieves on the sad demise of innocent civilians and brave security forces personnel. He also appreciated the way Pakistani forces responded the Indian aggression.

“Basic purpose behind the unproved firing on LOC and Working Boundary is to divert the attention of world community from the situation of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir Valley, and War Crimes committed by Indian Forces against unarmed innocent Kashmiri civilians” told by CM Balochistan.

Jam Kamal Khan Chief Minister Balochistan further said Deliberate targeting of civilian populated areas is indeed deplorable and contrary to the human dignity, International Human Rights and Humanitarian Laws. The Ceasefire violations by India are a threat to regional Peace and Security and may lead to a strategic miscalculation.
