QUETTA: Instead of locking down Islamabad and sit-ins against government JUI F chief Maulana Fazal ur Rehman should emerge on frontline over Kashmir solidarity because he served as Chairman of Kashmir Committee for 10 years. Brigadier reted Ejaz Shah added.

“Maulana was an educate political figure of Pakistan hence I am optimistic that he wouldn’t call of his protest call in solidarity of Kashmir, but he is willing to come to Islamabad, we would welcome him.” Ejaz Shah said while talking to media in Quetta on Thursday after chairing a high-level law and order meeting with government and security officials.

“I would suggest Maulna to not take in hands law otherwise government has right to maintain writ of the government and arrest JUI Chief.”

Replying to query regarding hearsays on central government’s talks and NRO offers to former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif he said, Federal Government has no concern with Nawaz Sharif because was prisoner of National Accountability Bureau, “There were NAB’s Pre-Bargain and Plea Bargain rules thus I don’t know if Chairman NAB utter any statement over deal with NS.” Ejaz Shah added.

Replying another query on arrest of PPP’s senior leader Khursheed Shah by NAB and re-action of opposition parties Federal Interior Minister said,  if someone commits any crime, he should be punished therefore I don’t think there would be any reaction from opposition benches.

Brigadier retd Ejaz Shah also refuted rumors regarding differences amid coalition parties in Balochistan added we have difference in our homes as well so there was nothing that would lead to divorce.

“Indeed inflation ratio has raised in Pakistan but Federal Government has been uplifting all possible measures to impart relief to masses.”

Talking on law and order situation in Balochsitan Federal Minister said, being Journalists you people should witness betterment in law and order, “Tough enemy countries have been attempting to destabilize Pakistan but unfortunately our own people being used in terror activities.”

He also said, Prime Minister Imran Khan inaugurated 24/7 trade at Torkham border and definitely if the decision would be taken in KPK why not in Balochistan’s Chaman border.

Responding to a query regarding progress on Safe City Project Mr. Shah said, indeed Safe City Projects have become our requirement and indeed it should be started in Quetta but I would discuss the progress on Quetta Safe City Project with provincial government.

Lauding the efforts of Law Enforcement Agencies in maintain law and order during Muharram Federal Minister said, basically I arrived here to congratulate security forces over peaceful Muharram in Quetta added Federal Government seek to strengthen capacity of security forces in Balochistan,

Talking to Journalists he said, I request media to highlight positive picture of the society added indeed you have responsibilities to point-out government’s flaws and crimes being occurred in the society but you people should highlight our re-action after any crime.
