QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan has said, local population of Gwadar would receive maximum benefits from Gwadar Master Plan added the local people living in Gwadar old city wouldn’t re-settled.

He shared these views on Friday while meeting with a delegation of All Parties in Gwadar assured them that they wouldn’t be affected from Gwadar Master Plan Project,

“I want to assure people of Gwadar that, Gawadar Master Plan has been protecting rights and interest of local population of Gwadar because Gwadar’s development was connected with development of local people.” Jam Kamal added.

Provincial Minister Zahoor Buledi, MNA from Gawadar Aslam Bhotani, MPA Gwadar Hamal Kalmati and district officials were present in the meeting.

Jam Kamal said, Gwadar Master Plan wouldn’t affect the business of local population, fishermen and investors, “Government of Balochistan has been keenly working to secure the rights and interest of local population in all development projects.”

“The old population of Gwadar city would remain in its place after Gwadar Master Plan.” Jam Kamal pledged.
