QUETTA: Expressing astonishment on opposition’s budget figures and criticism CM Jam Kamal has called their statements baseless and throw dust in the air.

“Opposition members have zero knowledge regarding provincial budget and Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) thus their statement on budget are fictitious.” CM Jam Kamal said on Wednesday on Twitter. “Provincial Government is fully aware of development schemes therefore we have been working on to set a mechanism which would be helpful for speedy and balanced development schemes in future.” Jam Kamal added.

Sharing views on PSDP 2018-19 he said, previous government had finalized provincial development budget of rupees 88 billion rupees while the province had only 28 billion rupees of PSDP therefore the opposition should put a glimpse on Ex- and Surrendered,

“People of Balochistan has given us mandate for finalizing province’s annual budget, the opposition can carry-on prolong debates on budget after it get approved by the cabinet.” CM Jam Kamal said, government has utilized utmost efforts to finalize a public-friendly budget while we have included areal wise development projects in next PSDP.

Meanwhile meeting with Vice-President of Balochistan Awami party Meer Abdul Rauf Rind, CM Balochistan pledged various development projects for District Kachi, “Budget 2019-20 has been designed in the pretext of demands by people of remote areas of the province.” Jam Kamal said added Health, Education and Clean Drinking Water have been prioritized in next budget.
