CHAGAI: Local Tribal Figure Abdul Malik Baloch says MRDL is fully contributing to the development of Chagai district.

In his statement, he said some negative elements who had worked in Saindak Project depicted baseless pictures of Saindak Project while interviewing a foreign news agency.

He said “MRDL has been providing electricity, clean drinking water, health and educational facilities to people around its site, besides it all employees are being treated according to labor laws and the several development schemes have been completed in suburbs with CSR fund.”

He clarified that being local residents of Saindak they were happy with MRDL’s performance and social benefits being served to masses.

“If someone had personal issues then they should not have blamed whole company, critics should follow the professional rules and should not spread baseless information” he lamented.

He said the people of Saindak as well as Chagai district stand behind MRDL and would not allow anyone to put hurdles in the way of development or damage Pak China relationships.
