QUETTA: The Balochistan Educational Employees Action Committee on Monday announced 15 point charter of demands to the provincial government threatening to go on strike if government didn’t implement on their demands.

Addressing a news conference in Quetta Press Club Chairman BEE Action Committee Haji Habib ur Rehman, General Secretary Agha Zahid, Ajab Khan kakar, Haji Qasim and other members urged provincial government that like Punjab and Sindh province, the government should end deduction of vacation convince allowance in Balochistan,

“A specific lobby in provincial bureaucracy seek to create confrontation amid provincial government and teachers therefore they presented a controversial legislation in provincial cabinet.” They said demanded house requisition for teachers on immediate basis.

“During various meetings and negotiations, we presented our charter of demands before the provincial government but despite passage of many months the provincial government didn’t start implementation on our demands.” BEE Action Committee leaders said.

The committee has announces series of protest and demonstration against provincial government vowed to bring intensity in their movement regarding implementation on their charter of demands.

“We have been demanding upgradation of government colleges and schools in the province and reversal of Balochistan Educational act.” Chairman BEE action committee said added we would continue protest until government ensure 50% promotion quota.

They added, we have decided to wait till 10th July after which we would set a sit in at Quetta Hockey chowk.
