QUETTA: Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan Scouts organised a day-long free medical camp in Mani Khwa area of Loralai on Monday and treated around 1,085 patients suffering from various diseases.

QUETTA: Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan Scouts organised a day-long free medical camp in Mani Khwa area of Loralai on Monday and treated around 1,085 patients suffering from various diseases.
According to an FC spokesperson, the camp was arranged on the special directive of Balochistan FC Inspector General Major General Fayyaz Hussain Shah, where the FC doctors including female doctors examined the patients including women and children and also provides them medicines free of cost.
Despite providing facility of laboratory tests in the medical camp, some minor surgeries were also performed.
Anti-polio drops were also administered to the children in the camp.
Shairani Commandant FC Zhob Militia Colonel Tahir Bashir inspected the free medical camp to review provision of healthcare facilities to the patients and also met with them.
Later, he distributed rations among the underprivileged citizens.
FC Balochistan was organising medical camps in remote and backward areas of Balochistan for provision of basic health facilities to the citizens at their doorstep.
