QUETTA:  Amid tight security the winner team of 4th addition of Pakistan Supper League (PSL) Quetta Gladiator was given rosy welcome at Quetta airport on its arrival on two days visit to Quetta on Saturday evening.

Quetta Gladiator defeated Peshawar Zelmay in the final of 4th addition of PSL and lifted the trophy.
The Balochistan Minister for Information Mir Zahoor Ahmed Buledi, Advisor to the Chief Minister for sports and Culture Abdul Khaliq Hazara, Female advisor to the Chief Minister, Ms. Bushara Rind, MPA Mobeen Khilji Deputy Commissioner Quetta major (Retd) Tahir Abbasi, Additional Deputy Commissioner Nasibullah kakar and hundreds of cricket fans were present at the airport who received the team members.

The people who were carrying Pakistani flags and banners inscribed with welcome slogans, chanted slogans in favour of Quetta Gladiator team members who were leading by Sarfaraz Ahmed. All Pakistani players p of the Quetta Gladiator reached Quetta except foreign players who went back to their countries after winning final match.

The cricket fans showered rose petal on the team members when they come out of the airport. The team later brought to Quetta city in procession of motorcade.

A musical show was arranged for the cricket team of Quetta Gladiator was held at Polo ground Quetta cantonment. Prominent singers of the country present their performance in the show, which continue till late night.

The Balochistan Chief Minister, Jam Kamal Khan Alyani, Commander Southern Command, Lt. General Asim Saleem Bajwa, provincial ministers, MPA, civil and military officers and large number of people attended the function arranged in the honour of the cricket team.

The Chief Minister Jam Kamal and General Asim Saleem Bajwa give away awards to the members of the Quetta Gladiator at the end of the function.
