QUETTA: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has arrested Ghulam Sarwar Bugti, an ex-Executive Engineer (XEN) of Public Health Engineering department of government of Balochistan for his alleged involvement in embezzlement worth Rs 44.6 million of government funds.

QUETTA: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has arrested Ghulam Sarwar Bugti, an ex-Executive Engineer (XEN) of Public Health Engineering department of government of Balochistan for his alleged involvement in embezzlement worth Rs 44.6 million of government funds.

The NAB officials said here on Wednesday said that Accused, Sarwar Bugti in connivance with other employees of PHE department embezzled government funds causing Rs 44.6 million loss to the national kitty.

Upon arrest warrants issued by the Director Nab Balochistan, Mohammad Abid Javed accused was apprehended and shifted to nab regional office.

Accused would be produced before accountability court for obtaining physical remand. Further probe was underway.
