Strict Security plan for Senate Polling in Provincial Assembly has been finalized while Frontier Corps Balochistan, Police and Balochistan Constabulary’s troops will be deployed for security. The ECP Balochistan has complete supplying ballot papers and election material in the Assembly Hall.

Ruling Party Balochistan Awami Party Manzoor Khan Kakar, BNP Mengal and JUI F’s supported Ghulam Nabi Marri and PK MAP’s Sardar Muhammad Haneef Musakhail have been contesting senate elections.

All Political parties had started machination for winning support of allies to make triumph their contestant for vacant senate seat. But the thorny completion is expected between BAP and PTI’s Joint Candidate Manzoor Kakar and BNP and JUI F’s Ghulam Nabi Marri.

The Balochistan National Party Chief Sardar Akhter Mengal has arrived Quetta on Saturday to gain political support from other parties for his candidate. Talks between BNP and PK MAP has reached in final phase as PK MAP has only one MPA in the Assembly thus they might withdraw Sardar Hanif Musakhail in favour of BNP Mengal.

Earlier this month BNP Mengal has met central leadership of PTI asking support for BNP in Senate By-Polls but the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf refused and announce woo for Balochistan Awami Party.

Manzoor Khan Kakar Secretary General of Balochistan Awami Party has predicted as strong candidate by many political pundits but Ghulam Nabi Marri might create woes for BAP if they win support from JWP and other parties having members in the Assembly.
