CHAGHI: Political and Tribal Figure Sardarzada Mir Umair Muhammad Hassani condemned censoring of remarks on Indian intervention in Balochistan by Finance Minister Asad Umer during his interview in Hard Talk program on BBC English.

In a press release issued here on Saturday, Mr Hassani said illogical censorship exposed the double standard of BBC which is deplorable and unacceptable as well.

He further said that Indian sponsored terrorism in Balochistan was not a hidden truth and the solid proof of this was the detention of Kalbhoshan Jadive from Balochistan.

He said some forces were busy in maligning Pakistan internationally and by censoring Asad Umer’s remarks the BBC proved that it might has closed nexus with such elements. “Pakistan has great respect for freedom of expression and we are committed to combat with any kind of media war too” Mr Hassani reiterated.
