QUETTA: Inspector General Prisons Balochistan Malik Shujja udd Din Kasi has said, 11 prisons in Balochistan including Central Jail Quetta has filled beyond capacity causing various diseases among prisoners.
Meeting with President Help Balochistan Dr. Ameer Muhammad Jogezai on Wednesday IG Prisons Balochistan Shujja udd Din kasi has called for immediate attention over plight of prisoners in Balochistan urging social organizations and philanthropists to share their cooperation in imparting healthcare to prisoners,
“11 Prisons in Balochistan including central jail Quetta has been filled with prisoners beyond capacity which indulging them in various diseases.” IG Prisons Balochistan said adding Non-Government Organizations should come forward in taking initiative for diagnosing diseases among prisoners and providing them better healthcare.
The President of Help Balochistan Dr. Ameer Muhammad Jogezai has pledged full support for imparting healthcare in all prisoners of Balochistan adding assistance from legal forum Balochistan would be obtained to release women and children from prolong prisons.
