ISLAMABAD: Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan Aliyani on Monday met with Saudi Ambassador Nawaf Bin Saeed Al-Maliki discussing Saudi’s investment plan in Balochistan and mutual cooperation.

ISLAMABAD: Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan Aliyani on Monday met with Saudi Ambassador Nawaf Bin Saeed Al-Maliki discussing Saudi’s investment plan in Balochistan and mutual cooperation.

CM Balochistan informed the Saudi Envoy regarding investment opportunities in Balochistan’s Mining, Fisheries and Tourism sectors adding the province has friendly environment for foreign investors.

“Under one window operation, the Government of Balochistan is ready to facilitate foreign companies seek to do business in our Province, therefore we have functionalized Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade and its office is going to be opened in Federal Capital.” Jam Kamal told the Saudi Ambassador adding the foreign companies could get business information through BBIT.

Talking on future’s development in Balochistan under China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Jam Kamal told Mr. Nawaf Bin Saeed Al Maliki, the province has gained international attention which has increase the business importance of the entire region,

“Gawadar Port has been termed as backbone of CPEC and the deep sea port would play an integral part in China’s Belt and Road initiative.” Jam Kamal added.

Expressing his Government’s investment plans in Gawadar Saudi Ambassador said, the Saudi Government would informed its investors regarding business opportunities in Gawadar and other sectors of Balochistan,

“Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have deep and strong relations from many decades while both nations have supported each other in difficult circumstances.” Mr. Nawab Bin Saeed Al Maliki said adding economic ties amid both governments were being strengthened.
