TURBAT: It is the foremost responsibility of a state to provide the basic needs to the citizens of the nation such as water, gas, electricity, the internet, education and etc.

But this thing seems very less in Pakistan since there are numerous villages which lack electricity. So, here the new government should work with new policies and do something different for the villagers.
