He shared these views on Wednesday while addressing annual Sibi Mela added the historical Mela attribute from Chakar e Azam which unveils Balohcistan’s rich culture and traditional before the world,

“The 7000 years old civilization Mehar Garh is located near Sibi that testifies the rich cultural history of Balochistan Province.” Capt retd Fazel Asghar added.

President Dr. Arif Alvi, Governor Balochistan Justice retd Amanullah Khan Yasinzai, CM Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan Aliyani, Commander Southern Command Lieutenant General Waseem Ashraf and government officials were present in the inauguration ceremony of ancient Sibi Mela 2020 kicked-off on Wednesday.

“Majority people in Balochistan attached with Livestock and Agriculture hence government of Balochistan has embarked various agriculture and livestock development schemes in the province.” Chief Secretary Balochistan said added the Sibi Mela booming Pakistan and Balochistan’s economy as people from across the country reaches Sibi in order to purchase livestock.

Citing the Livestock Expo 2019 Chief Secretary said, provincial government hosted a successful expo which clinched attention of business community seeking to invest in provincial livestock sector.

Talking on Agriculture uplift in the province capt retd Fazeel Asghar said, Kachi Canal development would expedite agricultural development in Balochistan,

“The thirst of approximately 700,000 acers land would be fulfilled through Kachi Canal hence the food needs of the country would be completed through Balochistan.” He added.
