QUETTA: The protest of the BMC students and employees in front of the Balochistan Assembly continued for the second day, as protesters demanded the removal of Vice Chancellor University.
The protesters stated sit-in outside Balochistan’s provincial assembly for the second consecutive day, for the demands. A large number of employees and students attended the sit-in during the session of Balochistan Assembly.
“The government has failed to resolve our issues, or has no interest in resolving them,” protesters said as they warned that if their demands are not acknowledged, they would protest in the next meeting with more intensity.
They blamed government for the whole mess, saying that government is taking such measures to place favorite people on the key posts.
“Until the Bolan Medical University is restored to its previous position, our protest will continue,” protesters said.
The employees of the university, who were meant to protest from 8 Am to 5 PM, had to continue their protest further as no one from the government contacted them for assurance.
