Putting effort and getting the fruitful results in time are something ordinary: but, struggling for many years and getting no any desired result, indeed, but stemming there at one point is what makes you an example for the community at large. Similarly, Qazi Aman, someone who has been struggling very hard for long, but could not, by now, produce favorable responses, is by date very confident, energetic and determinant to overcome all the challenges of life and get to a position worth all.

Basically, I got in touch with Qazi sahb when I came here in Quetta for the purpose of higher education. I got a great many successful individuals who had reached to their destined goals. Even, I have met with people who got disappointed and quit their struggles. I have, in fact, seen advocates quitting their struggles for the job of a peon, and then there I saw Qazi Aman, continuously studying for last 12 years and still satisfied with himself and his performance despite clearing the written parts of many exams, howbeit, got short in interviews. People say he fails, but he believes he got a new way of getting closer to a greater success.

“I have started my struggle in around 2008. In this duration, I rarely went back to home. I do not remember I have spent consecutively 3 weeks back home, thenceafter.”States Qazi Aman. We normally are home-sickened. It is tough to be away home for 12 consecutive months, and Qazi has been bearing these all for last consecutive 12 years. “What inspires me the most bearing these all is the love I get back from my family.

Although our neighbors only  sometimes come to my family and tell different words, but my family always ignores them all. It is their belief on me which has supported me stick to this position by now.”He said when I ask him what keeps him so motivated. Society speaks a lot. Unfortunately, we belong to a society where ‘results’ have more values than ‘efforts’. We are more job-oriented than that of skill-favored. Secondly, we commonly pull the legs of those who are consecutively struggling.

It is, psychologically, when we ourselves cannot do anything and want others to remain far from doing that too. “Other than family, my friends have been supporting me to a great extent to keep me alive in this fast and growing world. They have never let me down and stood with me in all my sufferings.” Qazi honors his friends for being supportive and cooperative to him whenever he needed any sort of help from them.

“Today, alhamdulilla I have the capability to talk in a TV show so confidentially and fearlessly because of my continuos study in last 12 years of my life.” Says Qazi when he came back after being honored as a guest in a show in PTV Bolan. To be honest, Qazi Aman has proved to be one of the most influential individuals among the Baloch community in Quetta and his native Makran Division. He has talked a lot in silence.

As quoted nicely, “Let your success shout on behalf of you”, which clearly states Qazi’s success despite being on no special job position. Since, success is not in reaching to a final position, but it is sticking in one place despite getting negative results for many times. Today, most of the Baloch in Quetta come to Qazi for guidance. It is all because of a very good nature of Qazi Aman and his potentials which have shouted out loudly of the talents and abilities Qazi has in him.

He is, definitely, a role model for many of the youngsters in Balochistan. Many of the students overcome frustration making Qazi Aman as their ideal. To me in person, Qazi Aman is one of the sparkling stars in our society. Getting ideals like Qazi Aman in our society is not less than a blessing for us.

Finally, we all thank Qazi Aman wholly for his precious presence in us and pray for his future endeavors. We hope sir will always remain a friendly guider among us all and work for the counselling of the nation more in coming times.
