QUETTA: Commissioner Zhob Division Sohail Ur Rehman Baloch urged all deputy commissioners of the Zhob Division to clear the roads under their supervision and provide relief to the people in view of the difficulties faced by the people due to heavy rains and snowfall.

“Provide rescue, along with levies and other district administrations to passenger coaches and small vehicles stuck in snow,” Sohail Ur Rehman said while expressing his concern over the high level meeting.
Deputy Commissioner Loralai Asadullah Khan Kakar, Deputy Commissioner Duki Qurban Ali Magsi, Deputy Commissioner Zhob Talha Saleem, Deputy Commissioner Barkhan Gul Mohammad Khalji, Agriculture Engineer Jahangir Khan, Civil Defense Divisional Deputy Director and others were also present.
Commissioner Zhob Division Sohail Ur Rehman Baloch said, “We have a keen sense and understanding of the problems of the people. In this regard, the authorities have immediately issued machinery to open all the roads which were closed due to snow.”
He said that all the roads would be reopened and traffic would be fully restored. He said that the provincial government and the administration are with the people in this hour of difficulty. “The people of all the affected areas will be provided complete relief”, he added.
He strictly directed that the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts of Zhob Division should set up emergency control rooms and Staff should be present 24 hours to deal with this emergency situation.
Meanwhile, Commissioner Zhob Division Sohail-ur-Rehman Baloch and Deputy Commissioner Loralai Asadullah Khan Kakar inaugurated security cameras at Sirki Jungle Levies police station.
DC Loralai also visited Changan Garmai Sarghand and reviewed the snow removal work.
He said that the immediate relief of the affected people will be ensured in areas affected by severe snowfall and rains.
