QUETTA: The Senior Vice President of Quetta Chamber of Commerce and Industries Badar udd Din kakar on Saturday expressed concerns over Export Taxes under Balochistan Revenue Authority added the taxes would decline export business in the province.

“The QCCI strongly condemned the decision because tbe BRA announced to impose new taxes on cargo vehicle which never practiced in other provinces of the country.” Badar udd Din kakar said in a statement added the tax would decline export business in already deprived province.

“Other province particularly Torkham Border would be benefited from provincial government’s decision, hundreds of people in Balochistan are attached with export business the new tax would risk their jobs.” He said.

The Senior Vice President of QCCI announced to raise the issue at every forum slammed provincial government for ruining the Export business in Balochistan,

“Instead of promoting Export business provincial government attempting to declines it which wouldn’t be a good omen for economic development of our province.” Kakar added.
