QUETTA: Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail along with senior Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, Justice Mohammad Hashim Khan Kakar, Justice Muhammad Ijaz Swati, Justice Nazeer Ahmed Langove, Justice Rozi Khan Barech and Justice Abdul Hameed Baloch on Saturday visited under construction judicial complex.

On this occasion, Secretary C&W briefed the Chief Justice and other Judges of High Court of the construction work. While appreciating the construction work CJ Balochistan High Court directed the Secretary and Contractor to complete the building as soon as possible.

Later, upon arrival at the Muslim Bagh Judicial Complex, the Chief Justice was presented with a Guard of Honor, after which the Chief Justice formally inaugurated the Judicial Complex and subsequently attended a dinner given by the lawyers.

Secretaries of C and W, Culture and Tourism, Sports Welfare, Commissioner Zhob, Deputy Commissioner Qilla Saif Ullah and SSP Qilla Saif Ullah were also present on the occasion. Chief Justice listened to the problems of lawyers and judicial officers and, in his address, issued directives to address these issues evenly.

The Chief Justice said that the lawyers and judiciary should provide cheap and prompt justice to the people. The officers are obliged to use all their abilities to eliminate all the delays in handling the cases. In his speech, the Chief Justice said that all the judicial officers of the province have been provided all facilities, convince and accommodation in the best manner, so no corruption will be tolerated by negligence and incompetence.

On the occasion Chief Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail was accompanied by Registrar Balochistan High Court Rashid Mehmood, District and Sessions Judge Abdul Qayyum Lehri, Secretary to Chief Justice Malik Shoaib Sultan, Additional District and Sessions Judge Aminullah Kasi and Additional and Sessions Judge Amjad Dashti.
