QUETTA: Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail presided over first meeting of the judges of the BHC here on Tuesday.
Chief Justice Mandokhail while speaking at the meeting said that there should be no unnecessary delay in the hearing and disposing the petitions filed in the Balochistan High Court.  “All pending cases should be disposed-off as soon as possible,” Chief Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail directed to the judges of the Balochistan High Court.
According to a statement issued by the High Court of Balochistan after the meeting, a Special Bench comprised of Mr. Justice Kamran Khan Mullahkhail, and Mer. Justice Nazeer Ahmed Langove was also setup.  “The cases of Money Laundering and Foreign Exchange Regulation will be heard by special bench of the Balochistan High Court,” BHC statement said.
Meeting also discussed matters related to the rules and regulations of the High Court of Balochistan and staff of Judiciary. A special committee was also constituted in this regard.
Registrar High Court of Balochistan was also instructed to take initiatives to trigger up inactive Tribunals and to provide employment on the unoccupied vacancies.
