In the Balochistan assembly session that resumed after two days interval with deputy speaker Sardar Babar Khan Mandokhail in the chair, the Provincial Minister fir Social Welfare, Mir Asadullah Baloch, Shakilla Naveed Dehwar of BNP-Mengal and some other members taken up the issue of Bolan Medical college girl’s hostel.
Mir Asad Baloch severely criticized on the concerned authorities and said that as public representatives nobody would be allowed to bring our daughters on the streets and alley. He said it is natter of pride that our daughters were obtaining higher education and their parents, who sending those hundreds of kilometers away from their homes for the acquisition of Education.
Mr. Baloch said that the way administration and concerned authorities conducted their operation at the girls hostel of BMC during mid-night is entirely against the tradition, customs and rituals of our Tribal values and principles.
“A High Level Enquiry Committee should be convened in this regard. Committee should be given the task to investigate the incident from every aspect” demanded by Mir Asad Baloch Member Balochistan Assembly.
Opposition MPA, Ms. Shakilla Naveed Dehwar of BNP-Mengal also expressed her anger over attitude of concerned authorities for vacating the girls hostel of the  Bolan Medical Complex Quetta.
She said the way administration reacted against the unarmed and peaceful girls students should have to be condemned by every sensible person of the society.  She also demanded to constitute a separate enquiry committee to investigate the sad incident.
Other members including Ahmed Nawaz Baloch, Naseer Baloch, and Mir Akhtar Hussain Langove also spoke on the issue and demanded action against the officials concerned who badly treated with the female students and lady doctors stay in the hostel.
Qadir Nayal of Hazara Democratic Party, Danish Kumar advisor to the Chief Minister on Minorities and Titus Johnson of BNP-Mengal expressed serious concern over the security of warship places in Quetta and other areas of the province.  Mr. Nayal said that government should provide foolproof security to the Shia pilgrims while proceeding to Iran and Iraq.
Danish Kumar while speaking in the house said entire religious places of the minorities are under serious threats and pressure. Security of all religious and sacred places of the minorities is essential.
“20 million rupees have been allocated for the protection of religious sites and places. This allocated quantum is not enough. Funds for the security must have to enhance from 20 million to 50 million rupees” demanded by Danish Kumar.
Titus Johnson of BNP-Mengal demanded to arrange equal security arrangements on the sacred places and religious sites of every religion. He said that apex court had ordered for providing strict security to all churches across the country including Balochistan. He expressed his concern over not making proper security arrangements at the churches.
Provincial Minister for Home and Tribal Affairs, Mir Zia Ahmed Langove while taking the floor said that Home department is fully aware of its responsibility about protection of life and property of every citizen as it was prime responsibility of the government. He assured that all possible measures are being taken to provide security to the Shia pilgrims, warship places of minorities across the province.
He said that in view of the report and recommendations strict action will be taken against those who were found responsible for mishandling the BMC girls’ hostel matter. . He further said we have been keenly observing the entire situation happened two days before at Bolan Medical Complex Girls Hostel and very soon meeting of Representatives of the students will be arranged with the Chief Minister Balochistan.
Talking on the issue of Duki incident he said detailed report of Duki incident has been received from the concerned authorities and further action would be taken according to the report. Nasarullah Zerey of PkMAP strongly condemned Duki incident and said that instead of taking action against Assistant Commissioner for firing on crowd the levies has registered case against the protesters. He demanded action against AC Duki and withdrawal of FIR against protester.
Nawab Aslam Khan Raisani a former Chief Minister protested over not implementing of resolutions passed by the assembly. He demanded that provincial government should take notice of this attitude of Islamabad.  “Every agreements regarding China Pakistan Economic Corridor Project must be made to the property and He also said Terrorist activities have been increasing day by day. Maulana Muhammad Hanif was martyred at Chaman; while a trader was also killed by unknown people at Coal Mines Harnai, levies personnel also killed at Muslim Bagh. Nasarullah Zerey also tabled an adjournment motion regarding terrorist activities in the province. House approved to discuss the issue for the 12th of October session.
