QUETTA: Director Walled City Authority Lahore Kamaran Lashari on Friday called upon Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan Aliyani discussed mechanism to secure historical spots in Balochistan.

Senator Anwar ul Haq Kakar and Secretary Tourism and Culture Zafar Buledi were present in the meeting.

Kamran Lashari pledged full support for Government of Balochistan regarding protection of historical spots and highlighting them at international level.

Wald City Authority Lahore would provide assistance in restoring and adornment of historical residence of Sandeman in Zhob.

Lauding the support of Wald City Lahore CM Jam Kamal said, historical sites and buildings are our heritage hence we should secure our historical sites,

“Restoration of Fort Sandeman in Zhob would foster tourism in Balochistan as the areas would be a vital route of China Pakistan Economic Corridor.” Jam Kamal said added current government taking revolutionary measures to uplift tourism and arts in Balochistan.

Meanwhile Deputy Commissioner Zhob Taha Saleem and Kamran Lashari signed a Memorandum of Understanding MoU regarding restoration of Fort Sandeman.
