CHAGAI: Frontier Corps Balochistan recovered 145 kg opium during an intelligence based operation against international drug smugglers near Pak Iran border in Mashkail area of Washuk district.

According to official sources the confiscated drugs were being smuggled into two pick up vehicles from Afghanistan through Pakistan to Iran which made unsuccessful by Frontier Corps Taftan Rifles.

The smugglers managed to escape taking advantage of rugged ways. The concerned authorities started further investigation and search operations in this regard.
