QUETTA: Government of Balochistan has been utilizing all resources to ensure provision of quality health, education, infrastructures and clean drinking water facilities to masses. CS Balochistan Fazeel Asghar added.

He shared these views on Wednesday while presiding a meeting in order to review Public Sector Development Program (PSDP)’s development schemes.

Secretaries of all provincial departments were present in the meeting and informed Chief Secretary that provincial government has approved 1311 schemes among 1976 through Departmental steering Committee (DSC).

Addressing the meeting capt retd Fazeel Asghar said, following Chief Minister Jam Kamal’s directives, provincial departments should identify development schemes that could benefits masses across Balochistan,

“A new era of development would be embarked in Balochistan through timely completion of development schemes.” CS Balochistan said directed keen attention toward education, health, infrastructure and clean drinking water facilities in remote areas of Balochistan.

He stressed upon weekly based monitoring meeting in order to review quality of development schemes added government won’t tolerate any negligence and mismanagement in development projects.

The meeting also reviewed progress on development schemes while CS Balochistan directed all secretaries to submit quality and monitoring report at his office.
