QUETTA: Balochistan assembly paid rich tributes to the lawyers and other people who martyred in civil hospital suicide bombing and condemned recent terror attacks in Quetta and members demanded complete implementation on the National Action Plan and parliamentarian should be given income briefing on the steps taken by the government to crush terrorism in the province.

The assembly session, which started on Thursday with Ahmed Nawaz Baloch the member of Panel of Chairman in the Chair as speaker Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo and deputy speaker Sardar Babar Khan Musakhail have not attended the assembly session.
House offered Fateha for the Lawyers and others people who lost their lives in the civil hospital carnage three years back.

Member of the assembly including Malik Naseer Shahwani, Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind, Finance Minister Mir Zahoor Buledi, Syed Fazal Agha, Opposition Leader Malik Sikandar Advocate and others while speaking on occasion  strongly condemned the terrorist attack in which large number of lawyers of Balochistan embraced Shahadat.

They expressed their serious concern over not arresting any terrorist involved in this inhuman act that derived Balochistan from senior lawyers who were voice of the poor people of the province.

Qadir Nayal of Hazara Democratic party, Nasarullah Zerey of PkMAP, Akhtar Hussain Langove, Provincial Ministers Zamarak Khan Piralizai, Saleem Ahmed Khosa and Malik Naseer Ahmed Shahwani spoke at length on the law and order issue.

They said that Balochistan was facing massive terrorism since last two decades in which several thousand people from different walks of life lost their lives and large number injured who were paralyses. They said that no government support terrorism and but there are weakness that could be removed through taking measures.

They expressed their displeasure over not implementing on the report of Justice Qazi Isa commission report on civil hospital carnage and said that instead of implementing on it the then provincial government approached Supreme Court of Pakista against the commission report.

Members of treasury and opposition members underlined the need for unity among opposition and treasury benches to jointly fight against terrorism. “We have buried more than 80 bodies of BNP-Mengal leaders and workers who become victim of terrorism,” Akhtar Hussain Langove said. However, Qadir Nayal  claimed that since 1999 over 2000 people from Hazara community, including doctors, engineers, lawyers, students, businessmen and even women have lost their lives in the terror attacks.

“Government should set up a commission for probing the genocide of Hazara community,” Nayal demanded.
Provencal Minister Mir Saleem Ahmed Khosa said that hundreds of security personnel from police, frontier corps, and Pak army sacrifice their precious lives in line of duty to protect the masses. He said that the peace prevailing up to some extent is result of those sacrifices rendered by the forces. He said that opposition never appreciated the sacrifices of the security forces.
However, the parliamentary leader of BNP-Mengal Malik Naseer Ahmed Shahwani said that his party always strongly condemned attacks on security forces.

Resolution regarding child labor in coal mines was also presented during session. Resolution was tabled by Nasarullah Zerey of PkMAP.

The resolution said that under age children have been working in coal mines of the province, which is entirely against the child labor act.
Nasarullah Zerey while speaking on the resolution said, labor by under age children is a clear violation of child labor law. Child labor law does not permit to take labor from under age children.

It was also demanded in the resolution that strict action must have to be taken against coal mines owners in this regard. Resolution was unanimously approved by the house.
Balochistan assembly also approved another Resolution regarding construction of road projects Highway between Mashkel to Nokundi in district Washuk.

Resolution was tabled in the house by Mir Zabid Reki House unanimously approved the resolution. Resolution demanded that from Mashkel to Nokundi 110 kilometer route must be given to National Highway Authority to construct a highway according to the demands of the future.

Provincial government of Balochistan must contact federal government in this regard to provide better and safe travelling facilities to the people.

Two adjourn movement were also presented in the assembly regarding law and order situation in the province and explosions at Eastern Bypass and Meezan Chowk Quetta. Both movements approved to be discussed.
On point of order member parliament Malik Naseer Shahwani, pointed out the problem of Water Shortage in the Quetta and rest of Balochistan, while Asghar Tareen on unannounced and prolonged electricity load shedding in the province by QUESCO.
