QUETTA: The provincial trade union on Wednesday announced to close their business on July 13th following the call of All Pakistan Trade Union against new taxes imposed by federal government in budget.

QUETTA: The provincial trade union on Wednesday announced to close their business on July 13th following the call of All Pakistan Trade Union against new taxes imposed by federal government in budget.

The Anjuman e Tajiran Balochistan said, despite all odds we never supported shutter down strike but following the anti-traders policies of current government we are compelled to close business activities on July 13thfollowing the call of All Pakistan Trade Union,

“The central trade union have knocked government’s doors to review on anti-public budget and new taxes on poor masses but no one willing to hear us thus we announced to shut all business in Pakistan.” Provincial trade union said in a statement.

“The Federal Government should reverse its decisions of 1.5% tax on distributers, condition of NIC number sales invoices and exemption for traders from sales tax.” Anjuman e Tajiran Balochistan.
