QUETTA: At least seven people have been killed and four injured in a fatal road accident in Balochistan’s coastal city Windar near district Lasbela on Tuesday.

According to details, a speedy van carrying tourists from Karachi hit a parked Mazda at Quetta-Karachi highway on Tuesday morning. Seven people including women have been killed in the fatal accident while four people sustained injuries.

District Administration along with rescue workers rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies and injured to DHQ Hospital.

The families of deceased alleged that, many lives could have been saved but lack of facilities in DHQ Hospital led didn’t allow injured to survive.

Later the critical injured had been evacuated to Karachi for better medical care. All dead and injured were belonged to a family who were hailed from Liaquatabad Karachi going for picnic.
