He shared these views on Friday while chairing a meeting to review provincial development affairs.
“Provincial Departments and all stakeholders have utilized their expertise in finalizing a public-friendly budget but provincial departments should embark tendering process from July by assuming budget 2019-20 as challenge.” Chief Minister Balochistan said stressed upon P&D and other development departments to show sincerity in implementation of physical budget.
Provincial Finance Ministers Zahoor Ahmed Buledi, Zamrak Khan Achakzai, Meer Arif Jan Muhammad Hassani, Additional Chief Secretary P&D Abdul Rehman Buzdar, Secretary Finance Noor ul Haq Baloch, Secretary Communication and Secretary Irrigation have attended the meeting.
CM Jam Kamal directed authorities to remove all hurdles regarding implementation on development projects also directed departments to set a timeframe for timely completion of development schemes.
“Provincial Government has utilized earnest efforts in revamping budget management and financial administrative rights which would yield positive outcome in making better performance of government departments on district and divisional level.” Jam Kamal said added transfer of powers on lower level in health sector has become imperative to ensure provision of quality health facilities for poor patients.
“We can achieve our major budget 2019-20’s objective through timely completion of development projects across Balochistan.” Jam Kamal said lauded public and political parties’ satisfaction toward physical budget.
Chief Minister Balochistan vowed to provide major relief to people of Balochistan in budget 2019-20.
Provincial Secretaries in the meeting has pledged full implementation on guidelines and directions given by CM Balochistan.
