ISLAMABAD: After assurance by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s government, the Balochistan National Party –Mengal (BNP-M) has decided not to attend the opposition’s all parties conference.
According to reports, the JUI-F chief had invited Akhtar Mengal to all parties conference of the opposition parties. However, the PTI delegation team held many meetings with the BNP-M leadership and assured them the government would fulfill its promises with the BNP-M. The delegation of the BNP-M is likely to meet the prime minister today.
According to reports, the BNP-M has informed Maulana Fazlur Rehman about BNP-M’s decision about not attending the all parties conference. The decision was taken during a consultative meeting of the BNP-M. The BNP-M wants the opposition parties to first clear their agenda, and the BNP-M could think about talks with the opposition.
