QUETTA: The BAP-led Balochistan Government is likely to present first budget of its tenure on June 19 with an estimated outlay of 390 million.


QUETTA: The BAP-led Balochistan Government is likely to present first budget of its tenure on June 19 with an estimated outlay of 390 million.

According to the sources, volume of provincial budget would be around 390 million and The Finance Minister Mir Zahoor Buledi will table the budget in the house.

It is expected that development budget of Balochistan next year will be 90 million. Like current fiscal year Balochistan budget of 2019-20 will also be in deficit. Shortfall would be around 30 to 40 million.

Government employees’ salaries would be increased like federal government. It is also said that 60 million for education, 40 million for Law and Order, 25 million for Health sector and 20 million may be allocated for general administration.

On the guidelines of honorable Balochistan high court, every development scheme of PSDP is not less than one million worth.
