QUETTA: The Balochistan Chief Minister, Jam Kamal Khan Alyani in a meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan discussed Balochistan issues including releasing of funds for implantation on 41 approved development projects in the Federal  Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) for Balochistan.

Jam Kamal Khan had a meeting with the Primer in Prime Minister House Islamabad. The meetings, which continue for an hour, they discussed many issues pertaining to the development of Balochistan and other important issues.
Official sources said here that the Chief Minister informed Prime Minister Imran Khan that the development projects of Balochistan, which had already approved in the Federal PSDP could not be implemented so far due to not releasing funds by Islamabad. Jam Kamal requested the Primer that funds for the approved Balochistan projects should be release as soon as possible so the projects could be launch for timely completing.
The Chief Minister also suggested to the Prime Minister that for reducing important and export pressure on Port Qasim and Karachi Port Trust, the government should consider constructing a new port at Gadani beach of Balochistan. “With establishing new port at Gaddani will reduce important and export pressure on these two ports in
Karachi,” Jam Kamal said. He said that Gwadar Deep Sea Port should also made fully functional that would also minimize the pressure of Karachi and Port Qasim Ports.
Official sources said that Jam Kamal Khan also informed the Prime Minister about establishing cancer hospital in Quetta. The Balochistan Government has decided that a first cancer hospital of Balochistan will be establishing I Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Hospital in Quetta.

However, he said that Balochistan need financial support for establishing the cancer hospital. CM Balochistan requested the Prime Minister that Federal government should extend financial and technical assistance to Balochistan for the cancer hospital.
