QUETT: The Parliamentary leader of Awami National Party Asghar Khan Achakzai on Sunday announced to knock court’s door against merger of Levis Force into Police alleging BAP led government didn’t take us into confidence in decision to end Levis Force from the province.

QUETT: The Parliamentary leader of Awami National Party Asghar Khan Achakzai on Sunday announced to knock court’s door against merger of Levis Force into Police alleging BAP led government didn’t take us into confidence in decision to end Levis Force from the province.

“Despite treasury and opposition members adopted a joint resolution to strengthen Levis Force across the province but the government has been merging Levis force into Police.” Asghar Khan Achakzai said announced to challenge government notification in Balochistan High Court today.

“We expressed our reservations over merger of Levis into Police in Quetta, Lasbela and Gawadar and declaration of these areas from B to A areas.

Lamenting over the decision he said, being a coalition partners CM Jam Kamal should have taken us into confidence while taking such major decision but they didn’t,

“Provincial Secretary General of ANP Mabat Kaka along with legal team will file a petition against government notification.” Achakzai said urged other political parties and masses to support our decision.

“We have decided to urge Balochistan High Court in order to cancel government’s notification.
