Addressing a youth conference in a local hotel on Thursday Chief Minister Jam Kamal said, positive changes would emerge in our society when public representatives would be held answerable added we must have to face criticism,

“I am not criticizing the opposition but blaming flawed governance system which stuck Balochistan into myriad of problems, without supremacy of justice we can proceed toward prosperity.” CM Balochistan said pledged Social Investment Program for provincial youth.

Chairman PACS Major General Muhammad Saad Khattak, MD PACS Abdullah Khan, Shahid Qureshi, former caretaker minister Agha Umar Bangulzai, Asim Kurd Gelu, Deputy Commissioner Pishin Orangzaib Badini and Special Assistant to CM Rameen Muhammad Muhammad Hassani were present in the ceremony.

“State is responsible to provide basic facilities to all individuals but without speedy justice system we can’t reach the goals of development set for Balochistan.” Jam Kamal said.

Stressing upon young generation to use the power of vote for change in the society CM Balochistan said, we must have to elect honest people in provincial assemblies have vision for Balochistan, “We know MPAs have power to elect Chief Executive of the province but we must have to set a system where honest Members Provincial Assembly could elect an honest Chief Minister.”

“Unfortunately not in Balochistan but all province have been falling down due to lack of good governance, everyone has been talking about PSDP and lapse of funds but the youth needs to understand the topic.” Jam Kamal said announced I would physically visits the Universities to informed students to aware youth regarding PSDP.

He added, there was a need of better planning I the pretext of ground realities but unfortunately instead of public development we were fond of giving contracts for personal benefits.
