QUETTA: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan on Sunday released its year’s quarter report adds the Anti-Corruption watchdog pursued 20 corruption cases in Balochistan.

QUETTA: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan on Sunday released its year’s quarter report adds the Anti-Corruption watchdog pursued 20 corruption cases in Balochistan.

“During the first three months of 2019 NAB Balochistan submitted six references against corrupt officers of Irrigation, Finance and Education department while embarked 20 investigations over public complaints.” The report said released by NAB says.

It reads, 13 reference have been sent to the concerned departments over corruption allegations while the 12 absconders involved in corruption have been apprehended during first quarter of 2019.

Vowing to fully purge out menace of corruption from Balochistan DG NAB Balochistan Muhammad Abid Javed said, no one would be allowed for looting public money and government resources,

“Action against corrupt elements being carried out across the province without any indiscrimination and with public support progress has been made against corruption in the province.” DG NAB said added accountability courts sentenced many accused.

The National Accountability Bureau received more than 200 complaints and after scrutinizing the applications we have launched investigation over 20 important cases.
