QUETTA: State Minister for interior Shehyar Afridi and PM Advisor for overseas Pakistani Zulfi Bukhari met with Chief Minister Jam Kamal on Monday discussed security situation of Balochistan after Hazar Ganji blast decided to ensure implementation of NAP.

QUETTA: State Minister for interior Shehyar Afridi and PM Advisor for overseas Pakistani Zulfi Bukhari met with Chief Minister Jam Kamal on Monday discussed security situation of Balochistan after Hazar Ganji blast decided to ensure implementation of NAP.

Provincial Home Minister Meer Zia Langove, Chief Secretary Balochistan Dr. Akhtar Nazeer, IG FC Major General Fayaz Hussain Shah, IG Police Mohsin Butt, DIG Quetta and provincial officials were present in the meeting.

The meeting thoroughly reviewed the aftermath situation of Hazara Ganji Blast which claimed 21 lives triggering tense situation in the provincial capital as Hazara protesters set a sit-in from last four days.

“Develop and peaceful Balochistan was a top priority of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the federal government is standing with provincial government in eradicating terrorism from the province.” Shehar Yar Afridi and Zulfi Bukhari said called the attack a conspiracy against stability of Pakistan.

Lauding the efforts of provincial government and security forces’ against terrorist groups and their hideouts Shehar Yar Afridi said, unfortunately lack of coordination over valid issues amid Federal and Provincial Governments benefited our enemies but we wouldn’t create any vacuum over security situation of Balochistan,

“Elements providing shelter to terrorists or involved in fueling tensions among brotherly nations would be dealt with strict hands, indeed humans’ live and death is in hand of Allah but the state would utilize all resources to protect the lives and security of masses.” Afridi added.

Sharing the details of Law Enforcement Agencies’ accomplishment against terrorists groups in the province Chief Minister Jam Kamal said, in last one year our forces have taken effective actions against armed groups and their hideouts across province,

“Hazar Ganji attack caused joint damage for all nations in Balochistan but we want to assure the protesters that provincial government would take all action against terrorists involved in Hazara Ganji attack.” Jam Kamal vowed.

The meeting expresses hopes that the protesters should end their sit-in in the vast interest of Pakistan because transporters and general public facing difficulties due to road blockages.
