QUETTA: Balochistan Governor Amanullah Khan Yasinzai on Thursday said it was not an easy task to launch a university project, within limited resources.

While addressing to the inauguration ceremony Governor Balochistan and chancellor of public universities of Balochistan Amanullah Yasinzai said, with the inauguration of Mir Chakar Khan University at Sibi, opportunities of better education will be accessible to the students of the region and they don’t have to go far from their homes.

Yasinzai said that the incumbent Government is committed to provide best education amenities to every student of the province.

We have been struggling hard to improve the standard of education from primary school level to higher universities, Governor added.

While addressing to the ceremony Prime Minister special assistant to prime minister and member of provincial assembly Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind said that he was of the opinion that to cater the upcoming challenges at global level particularly Balochistan and Pakistan as a whole must have to work hard to promote latest education, science and technology.

He requested that Mir Chakar Khan Rind university name must not be made politicized, it’s a non issue.

Pakistan tehreek e Insaf (PTI) government is committed to promote education and Prime Minister taking keen interest in for development of Balochistan, Rind added.

He further said that PTI are planning to open a new university at Naseerabad division.

Sardar Rind also criticized the government of Balochistan Awami party and said Chief Minister must have to work hard for education.

Vice Chancellor Mir Chakar Khan Rind University Ali Nawaz Mengal also addressed the ceremony.

Earlier Governor Balochistan Amanullah Yasinzai, Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind Member Balochistan Assembly and special assistant to prime minister visited the university block.
