QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Jam Kamal Khan along with Provincial Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove strongly condemned the attack on polio workers in Chaman and CM instructed the relevant authority to submit report in this regard.

Chief Minister Balochistan directed law enforcement agencies to immediately take action against those elements involved in the heinous acts to arrest and bring them to justice. He said protection of polio workers and citizens would be ensured in respective areas including rural areas of province.

Mir Jam Kamal Khan said Islam does not allow to attack on women and conspiracies of hindrance polio campaign would be foiled at any cost which could be made successful for saving children from crippling diseases in province.

Chief Minster also expressed his deep sorrow over sad demise of polio worker and prayed to Almighty Allah to shower his blessing upon the soul of martyred and grant courage and strength to bereaved family to bear irreparable loss with equanimity, despite, he also prayed for early recovery of the injured.
The health department was directed to ensure all provision of medical aid to the injured polio worker, by Chief Minister.

Provincial Home Minister also condemned the incident of Chaman and expressed his grief on martyred of polio worker woman, adding law enforcement agencies were being taken strict action against those elements involved in attack on polio workers to bring them to justice.

He paid rich tribute martyred polio women worker and appreciated the role of polio workers that they are working day and night for administering to children under age of five year in order to protect them from polio virus but some element wanted to halt drive of polio in province which could be foiled through cooperation of security forces and citizens.
