QUETTA: Stepping up its efforts against substandard and harmful commodities, Naimat Khadda, a restaurant located in Prince Road area of Quetta, has been sealed by the Balochistan Food Authority on Wednesday.

BFA Director General Bashir Ahmed and his team raided the restaurant and found it was operating in unhygienic conditions.

The team collected samples of oil and other food items and dispatched them for tests. In its inspection report, the Balochistan food authority said that the restaurant was found in the worst condition and rusted equipment being used for cooking.

The team not only inspected the overall hygiene conditions of the restaurants but also checked the raw material used in food preparation, BFA said.

Balochistan Food Authority Team also carried out inspection of various general stores and issue instruction to all store owners. SOPs for keeping the Restaurants tidy also handed over.
