QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Advisor for Education Haji Muhammad Khan Lehri on Monday said incumbent government was taking speedy measures for introducing constructive and productive reforms in Balochistan’s education department.

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Advisor for Education Haji Muhammad Khan Lehri on Monday said incumbent government was taking speedy measures for introducing constructive and productive reforms in Balochistan’s education department.

He expressed these views while talking to a delegation led by social and political worker Haji Saeye Dana Khosa in his native town Goth Taj Muhammad Lehri, area of Nasirabad district.

He said that on the special directives of Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan the cabinet has imposed emergency in the dilapidated sectors of Health and Education in the province.

He said to overcome the dearth of qualified teachers in the province, education department would begin the recruitment procedure shortly.

He further said that “School Admission Campaign” has been kicked off across province, and soon Balochistan will develop equal to other provinces in education sector as well.

“40-year-old educational backdrop needs time to improve and progress; Chennai has begun to upgrade schools”, he added.

He said the process of upgrading schools in the province has been initiated, the number of primary, middle and high schools has also been increased.

He further said for renovating ramshackle schools and building new buildings, development schemes has been planned.

He said that we can never forget the people of our constituency and the promises we made to them during election.

He said that I am fully aware of the problems faced by people of this region and taking potential steps for their resolution.

He said in the first phase, the development schemes essential for the welfare of the citizens have been approved including school’s reparation, construction of new buildings and to resolve the problem of water shortage.

Haji Mohammad Khan Lehri stressed citizens to support education department in “School Admission Campaign” and enroll their 5-year-old children to government schools for their better future.
