CHAGHI : Provincial Finance Minister Mir Muhammad Arif Muhammad Hassani says negative propaganda against polio campaign is baseless, Reiterating government’s stance for polio free Pakistan, he said all resources would be utilized to get Pakistan rid of Polio virus.

He was addressing an advocacy meeting regarding polio eradication organized by District Polio Control Room Chaghi with the support of UNICEF in Dalbandin on Thursday.

People from different walks of life attended the ceremony, delivering his point of view Mr Hassani stressed upon the need of joint efforts to combat the polio virus and appealed the parents to get their children administered polio drops during each campaign.

District Health Officer Doctor Imdad Baloch, District Health Communication Support Officer to UNICE Taaj Muhammad Sanjrani, Religious figure Sheikh Molvi Abdul Kareem, Political figures Tariq Baloch and Noor Muhammad Notezai and President of Dalbandin Press Club Ali Raza Rind highlighted the importance, social, global and humanitarian impacts of polio eradication campaign and made it clear that there was no way except jointly fighting against polio virus.
