ISLAMABAD  – Federal Minister for Finance Asad Umar on Saturday has announced to present mini budget on January 23.

According to details, the minister said that at first, the government had decided to present the mini budget on January 21 but due to some issues, it will now be announced on January 23.

He said that the government is reviewing the suggestions to increase tax and tariff on imports.

Asad Umar said that though it is deplorable to approach International Monetary Fund (IMF), but hopefully it would be last loan Pakistan is going to secure to steer economy out of crisis.
