QUETTA: Governor Balochistan Amanullah Yasinzai has said, eradicating corruption from Balochistan was a prime duty of Provincial Government vowing those looted public money through corrupt practice would be brought to Justice.

Addressing a seminar on Thursday conducted by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan on Anti-Corruption Day Governor Balochistan stressed upon good governance and implementation of merit in all affairs adding without due to corruption today our society can’t feel distinction in good and bad,

“The Provincial Government has been taking concrete measure to eradicate the root-causes of corruption from Balochistan but without collective efforts we can’t win battle against menace of corruption.” Governor Amanullah Yasinzai said.

Director General NAB Balochistan Muhammad Abid Javed and religious leader Dr. Atta ur Rehman also addressed the seminar while students of various schools participated on debate competition held on the topic corruption.

Governor Balochistan has termed corruption an economic terrorism that has been destroying our country form many decades all members of the society should speed up their efforts against corruption,

“The future generation is an asset of Pakistan that would lead the country therefore from now we have to build anti-corruption narrative among them.” Amandullah Yasinzai added.

Addressing the Anti-Corruption Seminar DG NAB Balochistan Muhammad Abid Javed said, fortunately the incumbent government has a clear vision against corruption while Prime Minister elected following his one point agenda against corruption,

“With the support of new government’s anti-corruption vision, National Accountability Bureau has carrying mission of corruption free Pakistan.” DG NAB Balochistan said stressing upon teachers to play their vital role in eliminating corruption from Balochistan.

He added, accountability and justice were the most vital pillars to build a developed and prosper society, but unfortunately due to flawed accountability system Pakistan’s economic growth intercepted on a one certain point.

Governor Balochistan and DG NAB distributed prized among top three students participated and won the Anti-Corruption debate competition.
