QUETTA: The Voice for Baloch Missing Persons and Baloch Human Rights has held a joint rally on Sunday in Quetta demanding the safe recovery of their loved ones.

QUETTA: The Voice for Baloch Missing Persons and Baloch Human Rights has held a joint rally on Sunday in Quetta demanding the safe recovery of their loved ones.

The Rally started from Quetta’s Hockey Chowk and marched on various streets of the provincial capital. The protesters attempted to set a demonstration outside Balochistan High Court but on administration denial they set a sit-in outside Iranian Consulate.

Workers of numerous political parties, Lawyers, members of Human Rights Organizations, Civil Society and relatives of Baloch Missing persons participated in the sit-in that lasted till evening.

“The families of Baloch Missing Persons have been in trauma for the forced disappearance of their loved ones, but despite our various protests and rallies, the provincial government is not willing to share the where about and crimes of our loves one for what they had been picked-up.” Family members of Baloch Missing persons said.

Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Raisani, Dr. Hai Baloch, Bibi Gul Baloch, Mama Qadir Baloch, HRCP’s Qamar un Nisa, Chairman BSO Nazeer Baloch and Tahir Hazara have also addressed the protesters.

“Ironically the Provincial Government has deliberately neglecting the issue of Baloch Missing Persons and not breaking its silence over a valid Human Right issue.” They said and condemned the behavior of Provincial Government.

Stressing upon the Federal and Provincial Government for a political solution of Baloch Missing persons issue they added, instead of use of power the regimes in center and province shoulde come forward for a political solution of this matter,

“The innocent missing persons must be produced before the courts if they remained involve in any crime activity.”
