We are living in a country where there is no value of girls or women who are deprived of the ground laying opportunities and not getting their fundamental rights to live peacefully. There are some many gross problems which are being faced by the women. If we talk about the education than they are not getting a splendid or fetching quality of education and the main problem of women is health that there are some illiterate parents who are not aware about the causes of child marriage in Pakistan Sindh province is in the top if we talk about the child marriage and if we talk about the women education than Balochistan is in the top where mostly female are deprived of the basic rights or facilities.

On the other hand, gender discrimination wither women is common all over the world, but it is most common in Pakistan and India, where men discriminate against women. Women in these countries are not getting their fundamental rights. The first right of every individual is the right to gain education, but women are not being given this right. And in Pakistan, there are plenty of aged and illiterate peasants who make their daughters work instead of going to school. Conversely, If we talk about the girls education in Balochistan then it means that we are really behind in regard of momentous of education and it is estimated that in Balochistan there are more than 25000 schools but unfortunately, among these only 13000 schools are for girls and in rural areas of Balochistan mostly girls are out of school and sewing clothes. It is said that “if a man be educated it means only an individual is educated if a woman gets education it means that a nation is educated”. But in Balochistan women are not getting education and they are being neglected by the parents and government too. Women are facing so many obstacles recently Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) revealed that 21 percent girls in Pakistan are married under the age of 21 and the Child Marriage restraint Act of 1929 is used to regulate early age marriage in Pakistan but, it is not seen practically.

The laws are not followed by the citizens and as well as government. A law is enforced in Pakistan which prohibits marriage of girls below age of 16 but there is no implementation of that law and the existing law must be amended to increase the minimum age of marriage of girls to 18 years.

In Balochistan mortality rate is very high and it has increased from 780 to over 800 per 100,000 live births. The early age marriage is one of the major causes of Obstetric fistula among women that in Pakistan mostly women are suffering from this fatal or lethal disease. The people of Islamabad are also facing this torment or troublesome problems.

Thus, it is the government’s duty to take necessary steps to ensure that a child’s chances of survival shouldn’t be dependent on outside factors. Every child should have an equal right to survive, and this right must be ensured by using all possible means and government must stop child marriages in Pakistan.
