He stated this while speaking at a public gathering in Loralai as part of his people contact campaign and said critiques the global imbalance in resource distribution and highlights a similar issue within Pakistan.

Mr. Achakzai expresses regret over the unequal distribution of resources among different regions in Pakistan, asserting that the challenge lies not only in a concentration of resources in the hands of a few, which is called elites capture, but also in the imbalanced allocation across regions.

He points out the double challenge faced by Pashtoons, who, despite being endowed with natural resources, lack control and autonomy to exploit them for their well-being. Consequently, they are compelled to seek employment in other parts of the country.

The PkMAP Chairman bemoans the loss of livelihood opportunities, especially in the form of loss of labor market, for Pashtoons due to racial profiling, particularly in the aftermath of the so-called war on terror.

He notes that this profiling has made them vulnerable, jeopardizing their lives, honor, and property. Achakzai argues that such treatment is undeserved, given the egalitarian nature of Pashtoon society, a characteristic he attributes to a civilized community.

He also highlights their hospitable traits as evidence of the societal ethos and the legacy of their glorious past.
